Solara is a product developed and operated by LunarLabs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). LunarLabs LLC is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, with its principal place of business in Montana, United States. By using Solara, you are entering into a legal agreement with LunarLabs LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Solara is a Hypixel proxy system that provides various features to enhance gameplay experience. The Service is offered in three tiers: Free, Premium, and Pro, each with distinct features and capabilities. The Service is provided by Scala Studios, operating under LunarLabs LLC.

Premium and Pro tier subscriptions are billed according to the current pricing plan. All payments are processed by LunarLabs LLC through our authorized payment processors. Refunds may be issued within 24 hours of purchase if the Service is non-functional. No refunds will be issued for violation of terms or service misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by LunarLabs LLC. The Service, including but not limited to its code, features, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

9. Termination

LunarLabs LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Solara is provided "as is" without any warranty. Neither LunarLabs LLC nor Scala Studios is responsible for any in-game penalties or account restrictions that may result from using the Service. Users assume all risks associated with using the Service.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and store necessary data to provide the Service, including but not limited to Discord information, Minecraft usernames, and usage statistics. All data collection complies with our Privacy Policy and is handled in accordance with LunarLabs LLC's data protection standards.

12. Modifications to Service

LunarLabs LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action related to these Terms will be the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
